    Lyoness:

Im going to avoid the obvious fav pick of Thor Olesen who i think is too short at 12/1 though he did have a fantastic Open but im not sure he can produce the goods 2 weeks in a row. David Drysdale has fantastic form over the last 2 months with 4 top 15 finishes from his last 6 starts. Pablo Larrazabal had a good open last week finishing 45th & also played very well in finishing 16th the week before at the Scottish Open. I think they could both go close in a fairly weak field.

    David Drysdale - 25/1
    Pablo Larrazabal - 20/1

For the RBC im going for Jim Furyk who won on this course the last time they held the Canadian Open & Hunter Mahan who ticks all the boxes when it comes to this course not to mention the fact that he is having a great season. Im also going to have a smaller bet on Ryan Palmer who has four top 10's in his last seven tournaments.

    Jim Furyk - 16/1
    Hunter Mahan - 14/1
    Ryan Palmer - 40/1

Thread title fail - Ade can you edit out the amp; please , no idea how that got there :o

    I had 3k to win on woods at 5/1 (yes, 5/1) ..
I had 250 each way on Molinaru at 66/1
and 100 each way on Frederick to win at 80/1

so .. by that calculation folks .. I'm down 3700.

    But .. I had Adam Scott at 40/1 ..

I'm up at the end of the day .. and I'm up over 8k after the loses

over and out to all the know alls here

Dont think its unreasonable to ask for proof after you posted this yourself.

actually I made a mistake as I had backed Scott and Woods outright when they were 3/1 as well ...
so it was little more than 6k profit actually.

So you remember in great detail the ew losing bets but forgot about some 1k bets in running.

    Your some bull****ter.

great start for larrazabal 8 under through 16 but you have to think he will wobble at some stage over next 3 days

Don't be saying things like that! Just finished his round at 8 under and currently 4 shots clear. They'll hardly get round 1 finished today as nearly 60 players have yet to tee off , rain stopped play for a couple of hours this morning.

Not like horses...gambles mean nothin. Mahan had a poor first round and is out of it already.

Olesen should have won alright,my choice Larrazabal - shoots a brilliant opening 64 & follows it up with a 76, thats the joys of it :(
