    Too easy! :)

    Too easy! :)

:) The arches are pretty distinctive alright!

That last one was too easy so try this one. This is taken with a fish eye lens - hence the round shape. It's pointing up at the stars so the lights you see around the edge are places with street lights. There are a few clues if you look carefully. Hugh, you're (both) barred from this one :)

Too easy again! I'll have to go to some obscure part of the county and take a few snaps.

I've no idea, I don't think I've ever seen that particular high cross.

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 4,948 ✭✭✭pullandbang

Could be any graveyard in the county....

    we need a hint!

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,164 ✭✭✭Archeron

I'll guess Kells, (mainly because of the detail on the cross!!)

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,475 ✭✭✭bitemybanger

It's one of the most detailed crosses ive ever seen.
It's a small graveyard with more tombs than headstones.

    Is it Monasterboice?

Nice one, didn't think it was going to go.
Have a couple more pics from there but tought they'd be too obvious.
Alot of very wealthy people burried there judging by the tombs and crypts and very ornate crosses like this one.

Try this one folks. This time I did go to an obscure place but anglers will get it handy enough.

Looks like people are a bit stuck on this so here's a little clue - not much of one but it's the view from inside.

We need a better hint. Although I'm very curious about this one!

    Is it on the Boyne?

Nope, it's on an even better trout river. In fact if you look closely you can figure out that it's on the junction of two rivers.

    guess.... is it the blackwater?

The Blackwater is a long river, you'd have to be a bit more specific.

If you mean the Rock Road, Trim, then no. chewed is warmest so far with the Blackwater but needs to narrow it down.

meercat it's a fascinating place and well worth a visit. Just don't get caught and mind the security cameras ;)
