Seriously are we banned from posting articles from sites to keep the Wrestling News thread alive

Well the stance is still "Quote no more than a paragraph and provide a link back to the source." and going by the news thread, thats pretty much always been done.

In response to the talk about streams and links being affected, mods got this as part of a message
Can we please not make premature announcements on forums until all this has been finalised folks? There are already 2 feedback threads and we don't have an announcement anywhere near ready for the site, but I'm putting up a holding message on Feedback to say that these things are under review.

so as of right now we arent going to make any premature changes so things atleast atm will stay the same (obviously I like most would prefer no change in the long term). However if there are changes we will let you know so no need to go searching to see if PW posts will affect anything lads there are folk looking into the issue as a whole atm.

Sound Bounty Hunter, its not the mods fault this happened but its so ass backwards we still don't know what it means but it was signed nonetheless.
Watching Liverpool vs Arsenal I genuinely think i'd take more chances than we do, but we'll use the woodwork and their goalie having a blinder as excuses as usual

I don't think posting the copypasta news snippets will/can be affected - they're passed around the internet routinely and we do provide links/credit to the source (which isn't actually the source if you get me). I think this is more along the terms of massive article posting that (eg) you'd find in FSM or PowerSlam quoted word for word - stuff which isn't posted here.

As BH said, it's business as usual until there's an official ruling.

Takes some effort to have so much of the ball and show nothing for it. Thankfully Arsenal scored for us we haven't got one that can do it, not one. Van Persie will not have a handier day than he had today up against the totally finished but still picked Carragher who's performance was of a bumbling mascot more than a club captain.

    Van Persie.

    What a man.

I really hope he stays in the PL and signs for city or chelsea if he decides to leave le arse, I dont want to see him go to la liga :(

Hope like Cavani he stays where he is(going to City hasn't helped Nasri). As good as he was today anybody who has Carragher marking them is going to have a great day he's gone and Dalglish hasn't got the stones to show him the road. Sick to death of watching liverpool these days loads of the ball and when we make chances we miss them or hit the post when its easier to score.

Unless he comes to Man United, I'd be much happier if he left England :P

Two awesome wins for Arsenal in a week. Being knocked out the FA Cup and CL (bar a miracle next week) could be a blessing in disguise as we push on now for top 4. Still on a red-tinted shades high after this afternoon but even a glimmer of hope we can catch Spurs now which would be some turn-around and that achievement in itself would buy Wenger yet another year with the majority of the Arsenal fans still behind him.

At least Milan won comfortably this evening, quite happy with that but not as happy as Charlie Nicolas when West Brom beat Chelsea. Don't know why Sky want Villas Boas gone so bad he is right wanting to drop the older players you don't want a situation like Inter.

Free cinema tickets for Contraband with tellten code 205896 courtesy of Daily Mail but only for cinemas in Waterford, Newbridge, UCI Blanchardstown and Limerick for Tuesday 6th of March, I thought some of ye on here might enjoy a freebie ;)

Well AVB got sacked Sky must be delighted with that. Roberto Di Matteo has been put in charge of the middle aged children in the dressing room for the rest of the season. Delaying the inevitable of showing the likes of Lampard the door.

I know a very Kean candidate

Was going to post a hilarious pic of Steve Kean but now with this law the gag is ruined. Seán Sherlock has killed comedy.

    Rafa!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 10,469 ✭✭✭✭GTR63

With DiMatteo taking over I can't help but think that Rafa and Zola both turned it down. Who'd want that job now though, I doubt Mourinho wants to go all 2005 and head back to Chelsea, whoever does will have to do a lot of Spring cleaning.

I'd love to see Abramovic go to Anzhi and go singing the welcome back kotter theme tune to Hiddink. Like when Vince did it for Austin

And the managerial merry go round continues. I'd prefer Steve Staunton to Rafa. Rafa has no place at Chelsea.

Roman is after Pep. Its on the ESPN site, apparently hes going to do as much as can during the summer to get him. Also says he offered the job to Rafa during the week and he turned it down, and supposedly Capello also turned it down.

    Could all be BS though.

Who does then? Chelsea are going nowhere they should just get rid of the old guard who got several managers sacked. Ireland going well in France, the french have been so cold turkey about the game though. Wolves lost 5-0 thats them going down so.

Well that didn't last for long. Don't think Guardiola is the answer for Chelsea, he plays that style for Barca cause they can do it and his record in the transfer market is very patchy to say the least.

yeah of course you would  rafa won two la liga titles with a club not called real or barca, he won a uefa cup, a european cup, got to another final, you sir deserve this

Only thing that could cheer me up today is if United murder Spurs and Rooney belts that annoying "media's favourite mananger" Harry Redknapp in the face with a perfectly placed shot.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 10,469 ✭✭✭✭GTR63

Good draw there but I felt we could of won that game with a bit more of the ball. Put on Utd vr Spurs there 1-0 to the away side who have beaten Spurs about 40 times on the trot now, Martin Tyler said both sides haven't played to their best must be dull game if he said that.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 15,238 ✭✭✭✭Diabhal Beag

Furious with that draw. Seeing Bowe and Kearney work their balls off just to see the ball go wide and out of touch when France are looming like Gary Glitter in a creche was sickening. Great 1st half woeful 2nd.

I'd rather a Scholes tackle to Arry's face if i'm honest, but Utd should brush them aside handily. Seeing the media fawning all over him is quite pathetic you'd swear he has something in his trophy cabinet worth talking about. Diabhal isn't taking the Rugby result well, probably a bad time to mention Galway lost to west meath in handpass and thuggery ball.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 15,238 ✭✭✭✭Diabhal Beag

Knew about that alright. The always amazing Paul Conroy had another poor showing and gave the ball away for their point at the end.

It's amazing that you play against these lads in club matches and they're miles ahead and never ever cut it at intercounty level.

My money is on Chelsea to see out the season with Matteo and then try and lure Redknapp in the summer, and get him to bring Modric and Bale with him.

Still plenty of time for Chelsea (and Arsenal) to catch up to Spurs in the league, so with that being said Chelsea can start the unsettling rumours ASAP and pull out all the desperate attempts they can to unsettle them. They also have to play each other in 3 weeks at the Bridge, Abramovich should start the mind-games now.

Wouldn't Chelsea be better off buying Modric and Bale and then tell Harry to f**k off since nobody benefited from Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool declining more than him. Harry will manage England and be Kevin Keegan 2.0 this time that'll end with a back and front page story
