Hey sorry, little off topic, but i wasn't really sure where to post this. So yeah, was looking into accommodation off campus for next year, any thoughts? Was thinking either Milford, Elm Park or College Court, but haven't heard great things about either of them :/

Try the accommodation thread, lots of accommodation reviews and advice there. It's stickied at the top of the page.

Was wrecked this morning so went to get Lucozade out of the Spar shop before a 3 hour lecture. Seen the cans were there for 99c, thought to myself 'Brilliant!' so got one... turns out it was flat, not even just a little bit, but completely flat! There was some bad taste of it too. I was so disappointed :(

2 bottles of Lucozade for €2
    Powerade for €1.20,
    Love cans though :)

That's usually great but I was too tired to drink fast and I hate when drinks go flat in anyway, which is why cans are usually handy as there's less in them... not in this case though... bleugh!

The internet's been trolling me all day. Very irritating. Needed to send an email to myself and it wouldn't let me for like an hour. :(

Don't confuse Romanians with Romani. It's highly insulting and irritating.

We should start an anti-gypsy vigilante patrol group, we walk the streets with batons encountering any gypsys and deal out justice and remove them from our property, would our group be a club or society?

The cups in Plassey are so small you just can't have a good cup of tea from them, so i brought down my own mug. I just realised no matter what size the mug is, you can just never have enough tea.

    True story.

    ...unless you hate tea....

+1 on the cups though. Think ye've the same as us in D-Row, tried making soup in one in first year when I was young and naive... realised too late that there was no way enough water was going in that cup to make a decent cup. :(

    Live and learn. :)

The hypnotist was a bit shíte last night... though granted I didn't see much of him, as he made a very bad first impression on me by basically telling people to get the fúck out if they wanted to talk. So I duly did. Only caught snippets as I went to bar and stuff, didn't seem too impressive.

On the plus side.... I GOT IN FOR FREE BÍTCHES! :pac: :pac:

Bouncer kept leaving the door i spotted my chance and walked in behind him as he went inside. That place was like a drunken loved up sardine can. did not think it possible to fit that many in stables. got to the bar got one drink and left couldn't see what was going on or move.

I rocked up at about 8:30, he was standing talking to another lad. I slowed up preparing to be asked to pay but he just ignored me. Then when I was going outside he just gave me a wristband. :)

Yeah, by about 11 it just got a bit shíte and too packed. Would have had to stand on a table or something to actually see the stage. Though, as I was leaving for the last time, I did hear him shout: "OK, when I count to 3 you will show everyone how unselfish of a lover you are and fúck your chair."
