I swapped all my lego for matchbox dinky cars.
Really off-topic, but anyway, story might amuse! :p

They were never called dinkies in my end of the country for some reason, just matchbox cars, so term was totally unfamiliar to me ...

So a friend of mine was over in England for a holiday with his sister, was left minding her 4 year old son one night. We were chatting on the phone for a few minutes, and apparently he had been fidgeting with the child's toy car on the table beside him and it rolled off the edge, and he left the phone down to pick it up.

All I knew though was that he went silent for a minute, then came back and announced: "Sorry about that, I was playing with the young lad's dinkie and it fell off!"

One serious "WTF?!!!" moment! :D

The sun is trying to sterilise Limerick, that's why it's not shining in Tipp ;)

Also, it's probably fire, not the sun!

Not as good but when we were growing up we used to call farts "Taxi" NO idea why.

Anyway, playing cars with my older brother one day and I wanted the black cab that he had over by his leg.... So I started shouting TAXI ! TAXI !

I wanted the car, he thought I was farting in his room so he proceeded to knock six shades of sh1te out of me for the non existent foul !

Never did tell him what I did to his pillow that evening :)

I was just down in Merlin Auctionhouse Naas, aside from it being the coldest place on Earth there's very little value to be had through auctions, a lot of cars sold for more than what they'd make through a private sale on donedeal

The only cars that went cheap were the sheds

Best of luck man, I found once you get the hill start and reverse around the corner it gives you the confidence you need to pass it.:)
