Well Do those electro-tone belts actually work? The ones that promise you the equivalent of 200 crunches etc? I've been doing over hundreds of leg raised crunches per week and have a 4 pack! Cant shift the padding off the last 2

I'm gonna close this as ther is no point moving it anywhere as you will get the same advice. clean diet and good training. The only belts we talk about round here are power lifting belts and the likes.
