Samaras subbed for Wednesday night. I would have left him on for the hat trick. Bangura on

Bangura looks very short on confidence.

Nothing is gonna take the shine off today. We are the form team. Samaras in form. Last season's player of the year coming back into the team so we have every right to be full of confidence ;).

No Paul 15 points but you lot had to games in hand so in my mind and anyone with any sense it was really 9 points and it makes no difference you lot were going through a really bad patch we are doing the same just now with any luck we will come out of it soon then we will both be on après level playing field Oh and 9 out of the last titles have been won by the team top at Christmas and guess who that is ;)
Not by the new year ye wont;)

Cool, whatever. Just sounds a bit desperate that's all, clinging to stats like that. Understandable though, considering the capitulation v St. Mirren.

All that matters to me for now is the point gap. It's 1 now. It was 15, games in hand or not. Games in hand have to be won. 14 points for me is reason to celebrate. Not so long ago we were thinking Rangers could go into administration, take a 10 point penalty and still win the league.

Nothing desperate about it funny when Tic fans do thI'd it's all banter and good points but when we do it it's desperation this place is truly amazing at times people trying to get other people into trouble by reporting them though the person did apologise so I have some respect for him for that

Jevlic was wrong but he actually said we have to keep it going which is a bit different than what people are saying I suggest you read the article again

Bit sensitive today are we? Understandable i suppose. Look we're all the same when it comes to the actual football, bigging our own up, slagging our rivals, big deal:rolleyes:

Well another good result for Celtic today and with our near rivals self destructing in Paisley the gap is now down to 1 point amazingly! It was hard to see this happening 2 months ago when I must admit I more or less conceded the league was over when the gap was a huge 15 points, how things can change!

I was very critical of Lennon up to 2 months ago but him and the team have got their act together and have transformed things brilliantly considering the injury problems the team have had. In the meantime McCoist after a dream start has encountered major problems and has shown that despite 3 years beside 1 of Rangers greatest managers his still at rookie status and has made some serious mistakes the past few weeks which has also helped Celtic close the gap.

Looking forward to Wednesday night now and while all Celtic fans are on a high after today's events Wednesday night's game will be a hard 1 for Celtic and they'll have to perform to their best to get the 3 points. And even after Wednesday night there's still a long season left so personally I just hope Celtic can keep up this run of victories and top that table come the end of the season.

May I wish a Happy Christmas to all soccer fans on this thread and not forgetting the Old Firm Rugby fan and expert Brewster:D! Hope everyone has a lovely and peaceful christmas (till the 28th at least!)

Sorry I resent being reported for calling him stupid also the fact it was done to get any gets fan back for what he perceived as one of us reporting him as I say he has apologised but it was out of order in the first place

Who reported who? You've lost me.

Must say the Rangers thread is the last place I'd be if Celtic had just thrown away a pile of points in the last few weeks. You must be a sadist BBE! :pac:

    You mean Machochist Paul
I was reported by a Celtic fan on here because he believed he had been reported by a Rangers fan and he wanted to get one of us back I pointed out it may have been a mod that had taken the action He did apologise saying he should not have done it but it's getting silly if that's the route we go down oh it wasn't Lubo
