I liked MGS2 was well but the codex scenes were so badly written and long that it stopped the flow of play, it's my only complaint other than Rose 'I'll dump you if you forget my anniversary' being the most annoying girlfriend ever.

Well I didnt like Raiden, what a little b1tch

Look at what they had to do to him in MG4 to make fans have any respect for him

Any did anyone else see the new trailer for MGS Rising? **** yeah!

    Just read it myself too

Very good read, I was never a hater of the game but then again I was about 11-12 when I first played it so a lot of the story was lost of me.

I played through all the main games last year and if you do that you realise that Kojima will go down in history as "legit as balls!"

I was about 17, (a very angry and angsty teen at that) had just managed to save up for a ps2.. (one of the main purposes being MGS2)was an absolutely MASSIVE Metal Gear Solid fan and was, in the words of Jay from the Inbetweeners, 'Frothing at the gash' in anticipation.

After the tanker section I just sat there in disbelief. 'LOL, Srsly, where's Snake?'

As the hours went on, my hate for Raiden grew and grew.

By the end of the game I was livid.

What I remember about MGS2 is that at the time I got all the Konami games for free since I had a relative working at Konami Europe. Not only did I get them free I also got them when the review copies got sent out. So there I was boasting to everyone how I would get the game 3 weeks before everyone else. Release date comes and no MGS2. I e-mail my relative and he says the game had been sitting there on his desk for the last 3 weeks but my brother had asked for a copy of the new Madden game (all the guys in the games companies knew each other so swapped each other new releases, except Nintendo who were dicks about it) and was waiting for that to arrive to send them together. Got the game 3 weeks later. I should have been happy getting it for free but I was young and wanted it NOW!

I could have killed my brother, I don't think he played the Madden game more than once.

I bought Zone of the Enders exclusively for the MGS2 demo. Played the hell out of the demo and very little of ZOE. And for reasons unknown I never ended up buying MGS2.

I was just about to hurl some virtual abuse your way until I saw you were talking about Metal Gear (and not the glorious Seibu Kaihatsu shmup). Eh, carry on so. :pac:

Nice one, looking forward to your new intro. I use Vegas too. I bought v10 Platinum Suite as the only major difference between 10 and 11 is 3D abilities. Easier to use than I thought it would be.

New one's up here , has a quick and dirty intro which I'm probably going to change completely in the next few weeks

Need to get a proper Microphone next as the one I have is a bit echo..ey for want of a better word

I wish it was time for Nichijou :( Needs season 2!

Also, there has been a big delay with the Persona 4 fansubbing. Cursed North Americans and their non-region locked anime!

Go watch Princess Jellyfish, you won't be disappointed.

I never got into the MGS series. My only memory of is is that a friend who lived on my road had it when I was five and played it all the time. I went over to play and thought "WTF is this ****!"

have you watched it all yet :P ?
johnny_ultimate, it's actually up there with Nichijou, it made me cry and then made me laugh (dat music! Listen to Umi to Tsuki no Yume ;^; & Tayutau you ni yurayura to, they're only clips though) and very short series it's 11 episodes, hopefully there'll be season 2 when the manga catches up
Plot Summary: Amamizukan is an apartment complex where no boys are allowed. Kura****a Tsukimi, a girl who adores jellyfish, lives there happily with her friends who all have nerdy obsessions of their own. Their peaceful lives gradually start to change when a beautiful woman helps Tsukimi out of a pinch.

This Game Dev Story is shockingly addictive >_>

Ugh, I must have spent the guts of four or five hours over two nights playing Game Dev Story in an utter daze. Fiendishly addictive. My Ninja Rhythm game and Pirate MMORPG were franchises that could take on any CoD.

Saw this on twitter, from the artist formerly known as Final Fantasy:

I remember I bought one of its sequels for my brother, and he said, I quote: 'this is like chess, except I can trade it in for a better game'.

She'll let you pick a load of colours. Sends them in bags separated so you don't have to sort them out.

I've been wondering, did he retire the name 'Final Fantasy' voluntarily, or was he issued with a cease and desist by Square?

I'd only buy from her if every last one was individually counted so I know I'm getting 60,000. I'd hate to get 59,999 of them. :pac:

Anyone else and I'd think they were joking :p

By the way, they do have an interesting smell when you iron them. You know, for all your sniffing needs!

Well the ones I get from that seller are spot on. I've used crap ones before and they don't melt properly. These ones work perfectly though.

They sell boards too. Always worth picking up when putting in an order!

My girlfriend finally brought them home from her school, so I think I'll be getting back into it sometime soon. Need more Streets of Rage characters to go with Axel :D

Well the ones I got from there are actually in the Hama bead packaging like.
I made a Rilakkuma bead and some 3D glasses but I was too lazy to make the sides I just wanted a keyring (it's a present lol), might throw up a picture later

Voluntarily I believe. He wanted to release Heartland in Japan and didn't want to run into any legal trouble. To avoid confusion he then retroactively renamed all his previous releases to his real name.
