Court Ruling?

Hey

Not sure if correct to post here, was on the radio last week about a woman who had gone to court over debt held by her husband and it was ruled it was not her responsibility. Does anyone have a link or information on this?

Slightly ot but only slightly, I saw something interesting on some site or other yesterday or the day before, but can't recall exactly what... I think it had something to do with Iran... or maybe it was Afghanistan. Can anyone tell me what it was?

think i half heard it, was something along the lines of not having to sell shared property to pay off his debt.
