hip pains after sleeping on side?

hi all...i'm just over 6months pregnant and am sleeping on my side. I'm waking every night and morning with pains in my hip and thigh bone's (on side i'm sleeping) . Has anyone else experienced this? Its really uncomfortable, actually quite sore so was just wondering if anyone knew anything that could help? I mean us…

I mean us pregnant ladies are suppossed to sleep on our side as its bad to sleep on your back isnt it? Any advice please as i'm not looking forward to another night of waking in pain!
