Where bizarrely, MM was discussing adverse effects of the weather...

I cannot believe 2 people thanked your post, and one of them a mod  (albeit in hobby radio)

Any sign of snow in the Dublin 9 / 11 area??

Lightning in Maynooth, haven't heard any thunder though. Snow stopped a while ago

Some lovely clouds coming over Cork but I do fear that they are just regular joe soap clouds

    :(

One assumes Thunder too, even if I can't hear it.

    Who cares :pac:

Well if you ever find yourself in Mental Mickeys predicament you might care. Well for you to live in your blissful world of ignorance. I hope you or anybody you know never end up with any form of disablity with that attitude.

Mental Mickey thankfully not everyone has ignorantboxs attitude.

That is a link to the Accessability / Mobility / Disability forum.
That is probably a better place to discuss the issues arising from being mobility impaired in a snow storm.

Defo large flashes of lightning in CC (D2, Grafton Street).

Ooh I'm getting excited!! Gonna have to stock up on beer and hope the delivery guys can bring food!

I think so too because that other forum gets hardly any traffic and MM was discussing the weather!

With similar respect, I completely disagree.
This is a snow reports and chat thread.

I entirely sympathise with your predicament but I think its arrogant in the extreme to wander into a weather enthusiasts forum to complain about it.

the conversation is over, I thought I made that clear. Stick to the weather please.

Evening all. With a bit of luck this is going to be epic!

I see there's a bit of aggro going on just now - could you please desist. For most of us, this is a place we come for the fun of discussing something we enjoy. There are plenty of corners on boards for handbags. Not here please:) Thanks.

Would I be correct in reading from that map that Meath will get a pasting over the next hour?
