    Speaking of real world damage modelling and its negative effect towards the ownership of this game.......my own Golf MK 5 GTI was smacked twice in the last month by some bints who go to a womens gym below my office and did the courteous thing and drove off. Got quotes last week for damage repair. €550 :mad:

    Just as well I had a €43 gift card for HMV and I just picked it up for 2 quid, but I wouldn't mind buying a wheel and stand but not too sure if I can right now.

    Balls to this.The kart racing alone has made me happier then any other racing game ever :D
    Now to look at the rest of it :pac:

    I also think the intro is one of the sexiest ive ever seen that didn have any bewbage

    I love the video's of this but realistically I don't think id play it :( Is it very hardcore as in racing simulation, or is their an "arcade" mode too ?

    Even after the 8Gb install the game still takes a long time to load :(

    Also why am I not able to look at all 1031 cars ? There only a fraction of that in the arcade mode :mad:

    I would have guessed that at least some fraction of all of those cars would have to be unlocked?

    Oh I don't actually know, I won't get to play it for another hour or so. In a way I kind of like the idea that not all cars can be played from the get go, but that might just be me.

    the usual for arcade mode is your even a few cars and as you play others unlock, but your garage should also be present in which you can drive your own cars. Thats going by previous GT games

    I had GT4 but can't actually remember if you had to unlock cars in the career mode for the arcade one ?
