If you're talking about the Third Level grants administered by the VEC, it may not be too late to apply, but you will be waiting MONTHS to get it. Most VECs are absolutely snowed under. People who applied on time, with all of the documents required would only be getting them now. I had a student last year who didn't get hers until April!

Ring the VEC and ask, but don't be surprised if you're waiting on the phone a long time.
