Played Sabotage just ran got the bomb killed two guys planted it and 30 seconds later we win. Pissed myself laughing that it was literally over in a minute and a half.

Heh, caught 2 French boosters on a Domination game on Fuel there, they were hiding in the big rock, saw them both run in, waited for them to lay their TI's, blindfired into the rock, killed them, hid, waited to hear the TI sound again, another 2 blindfire kills, have hardline on so predatored 2 other enemy guys, got my harriers, that got my chopper gunner, final score, 3 flag, 45 kills, 8 deaths, woot

Went into a game of Demolition and was up against an entire clan on Scrapyard. They were talking smack in the lobby over my PSN tag. The entire point of my sig is to annoy others and is basically a pisstake at OpTic(those who know me, know of my dislike for them). People either get so pissed off or on the other hand jizz themselves :pac:

Anyway, we lost 2-1. But I absolutely ripped them a new one with the FAL and Vector. Went 72-18(I love my assists so I do

)-11 + planted the bomb for our winning round. Their top guy went 34 kills or something like that. Called me a noob in the lobby after for using a FAL

My team were just there to be slaughtered though which was a shame.

Can't believe the lack of Demolition matches I've played since returning, certainly going play a load more now again.

Yea we did, had great craic, team tactical is brilliant game mode.

I was gutted with the SND game though, game deciding round and all 3 of you die at the beginning, i manage to get 3 of them, put 2 bullets into the last fella and boom im dead

the killcam showed him taking damage before he even fired

I don't see why people can't be team players in TDM, I mean the last two games I got 25/5 and 20/7 all while I shot down 4 UAV and 2 harriers in the first and 2 Harriers, Attack and Pavelow in the second. Easy exp too

Nothing like seeing them come down less than 10 seconds after they're sent out

I'm a particular fan of trying to anticipate where the Harriers (using the first two trails they leave) will stop and have the stinger locked on to fire so they get no kills...

With the choppers I check the map, turn around and greet them with a couple of rockets :pac::pac:

same here, on particular maps you can have it locking on as the harrier is coming in, its not there a second and gets blown out of the sky

hate it when people do the same to me though although it rarely happens, you can always count on the greed and stupitity of other players in this game :rolleyes:

TDM is a joke when it comes to team play.

Even though DOM is full of KD whores theres still more team play than tdm IMO

Went to try for my first nuke today, never really was bothered before. Got it after an hours play. Was nice to try a different killstreak but was very underwhelmed. Its a little difficult but not impossible and by no means a rush.

7 kills to harrier is easy, harrier to chopper gunner is a certainty and the only difficult part is 14 kills with chopper before its taken out.
Set off a nuke and the game ends??? So whats the fuss about? It wasnt that hard and wasnt some big pay off. The way some folk go on about it you'd swear it was super fun.

Way more fun to kill up to the ac130 and let rip with that, suicide then do it over again and watch the kills rise!

Whats the point of a killstreak thats essentially a win / game over button? "OOOOuuuuuu I ended the game that I paid 90bucks to play in the first place!" ????

but you win the match, isnt that the entire point of the game? you must get awful pissed off when you kill more people than the other team and the match ends, what a waste!

I agree with being the only one to shoot down air support. Playing sabotage on support and the other team are callin air support all over the show. I may have shot down around 20 air estate whereas my fcukin team are running around like blue arsed flies trying to rack up kills but dying instaed cos they have no cold blooded on. In sayin that got the shot where i shot both pavelow and harrier with one stinger missile;)

There is a difference between a game winning kill and a game ending action.
By your logic if the game came with a "press y to win" button you'd enter every match and hit y to end it for the win and be pleased with yourself?

If you have out skilled and out thought the opposition and win it feels hard fought and satisfying , a nuke doesnt, a lot the time your waiting for harriers to kill for you and the chopper feels like shooting fish in a barrel. It just didnt get the blood pumping tbh.

This is wrong. You need a 25 killstreak to press y. That's the barrier - overcoming it to win the game would leave many people pleased with themselves.

Thats a badly thought out comment . . you don't pay anything for each individual game . . you pay a fixed amount to play as many games as you want

And thats an awful tunnel view . . I've got two nukes and both times I was jumping around the place I was so happy:D That is worth getting a nuke for

Have to agree. I've gotten about 5 nukes ever and every time my heart was racing, especially when your chopper gunner doesn't net you all the required kills.

I just cant agree, I have gone in mtdm games and gone high 40's to single figure deaths while I was using high kill streaks like chopper and that was way more exciting. To me winning is good but winning up to the score limit where a significant chunk of the score was because of you.

Why put the game to an end when your mopping up when you can drag the pain out a little longer for the opposition and REALLY rub their faces in it!

Would you rather fight someone in the ring for the ref to call and end to it half way through or to beat them to a bloody pulp right up to the last second.

A bit off subject , but you spend a lot of time complaining about the lack of support when playing team games ,why not stick your gamertag on the shared gts thread and play as part of a team ?
When ever theres a party of boards lads on they rarely lose.

I have maybe 10 posts i the last two months complainig about the lack of support so how do I spend a lot of time complaining about it? I am now talking about nukes and how I dont feel they are exciting a opposed to winning outright by overpowering the opposition so I dont see what relevance you thinking that has?

I dont put my tag up there for the same reason I have all my settings to private on my live account.... its a game I play casually, I might play few hours every second day and want to play with random groups... if the group sucks it sucks with the press of 2 buttons I can play with another random group of people again.

Being FROM Limerick myself I think you'll find that the use of the word "kid" is generally a scumbags term. I somehow doubt there are very many scumbags posting on boards between snatchin purses and what not.
