Yes his argument is full of flaws. He seems to be ignoring the fact that the influential elite of America is still predominantly white, those who are making the decisions resulting in current and future situations are of his own race.

Things such as street violence and thuggery are not a product of race, they are a product of bad social planning, infrastructure and facilities. But of course it's easy to take the most superficial differentiation (skin colour) and blame it on that.

Finally, someone should tell him that all races change over time and eventually the early instances are completely wiped out. It's called evolution :rolleyes:
