Unfinished Signs

    Everytime I drive down the N7 from Dublin I see this unfinished sign which is across the southbound side of the road between city west and Rathcoole exit. The entire frame is up there, but the sign was never attached - why not?

    Similarly, it is nice to see at last the eletronic warning signs on the M50 Western Parkway sections but what is keepint the lane warning signs being installed on the ganteries that were erected for them years ago now?
