Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Well give them another 3 years and they might, but in Japan it's called Super Dimension Fortress Macross and it would be a VF-1 Valkyrie

    Well Takara's Diaclones range came before Transformers so technically we call "Convoy" Optimus Prime. Pretty much the whole G1 line of toys are repackaged Japan's toys from before TF existence.

    The point I was making was that Optimus Prime and Veritech were the names I grew up with. I'm not going to start calling Optimus Prime Convoy now just because I'm aware that is what he was originally called in Japan.

    I remember watching some of it back when they showed it on Cartoon Network. As far as I remember it was pretty good.
