Cant name the artist but those rusty men statues are the ones sticking up out of the sea in Liverpool bay .

Yep they are. I'm quite fond of the rusty men and you have to admire the ego of the man to repeatedly puttting his effugee on display like that. :-)
The artist was in the Irish press recently. We commissioned a piece from him to sit in the Liffy but because we are broke/strapped for cash we cancelled the commision.
