Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Mary/Mason - Santa Barbara
    Maggie/Richard - Falcon Crest
    Paul/Helen - Fair City
    Hayley/Noah - Home and Away
    Dan/Debbie - Hollyoaks

    Jack/Martha - Home and Away
    Gary/Val - Knots Landing

    Best of all time, though, has to be Stan and Hilda Ogden on Corrie. Pure gold.

    I forgot Shane and Angel on Home And Away. I didn't really like either of them as characters, but there was something compelling about them. They made a very believable couple.

    Oh yeah, Shane and Angel was a classic!

    But there was also another couple in H&A before them where the girl had some terminal disease. She died in the end - soooooo sad, anyone know their names??? I think the guys name was Blake??


    Also, Steve and Karen in Corrie were great together, like a young Jack and Vera :-)

    A new couple but so cute together are Amber and Darryl from Corrie. They make me want to be young again, sigh.......

    On the flip side, my least favourite couple has to be Claire and Ashley - so boring. Claire is a right nag and Ashley is a wimp.

    Actually, where are they now? I've just realised they haven't been in it in ages, but they're so uninteresting I hadn't noticed!

    Who else but Ali and the zookeeper from Fair City! Clearly the best soap couple ever, by miles! 8) A match made in heaven, I say.

    Also Floyd and Heather from Fair City, because of course love is all that matters! Who cares about incest anyway? 8)

    Also Caroline and Leo! Their relationship lasted so many years and they stuck together throughout all the good and bad times. Caroline was so devoted.
