oooh, actual sickness instead of the self inflicted fun kind eh? my commiserations. being conscious at nearly 4am is probably a bad idea in that case..

pban is my baby, and I actually have stayed of the alcohol tonight. imbibed enough all week. nope, just sick. anyone want it?
Ah, just remembered seeing your post in BM.

Bed, propped up on a raft of pillows ... the night version of Day & Night if you have them in the house ... if not a hot drink and a couple of Solpadeine, and try to sleep.

(Lol at ~Rebel~ and his pheromone crazy moths :D )

    hmmm

    PolyButadiene AcryloNitrile perhaps?
This was the binder formulation widely used on the 1960-70's big boosters (e.g., Titan III and Space Shuttle SRBs). It is also sometimes used by amateurs due to simplicity, very low cost, and lower toxicity than the more common HTPB. HTPB uses isocyanates for curing, which have a relatively quick curing time; however, they are also generally toxic.

PBAN is normally cured with the addition of an epoxy resin, taking several days at elevated temperatures to cure.

its a close one, but i think i prefer the months one. Those little buggers grow on ya.

Randy's sickness cure sounds pretty good anyway (tempted myself, with a hot whiskey to go with it!)

Oh and on Metal lyrics, you simply cant beat a bit of Amon Amarth for lyrics. Those crazy vikings, with their brave musical tales of pillaging and battles and whatnot.

    <EDIT>
    Raise your swords up high!
    See the black birds fly!
    Let them hear your rage!
    Show no fear!
    Attack!

Charge your horses across the fields
    Together we ride into destiny
Have no fear of death, when it's your time
Oden will bring us home when we die!

    The ground trembles under us
As we make our thunder charge
The pounding hooves strikes blinding fear
    Into their heart

Our helmets shine in the sun
As we near their wall of shields
Some of them turn and run
When they hear our frenzied screams

    Draw your swords to strike
    Hear the Black Birds cry!
    Let them feel your hate!
    Show no fear!

    (Attack! Attack! Attack! Attack!)

Charge your horses across the fields
    Together we ride into destiny
Have no fear of death, when it's your time
Oden will bring us home when we die!

    The enemies are in disarray
Ride them down as they run
Send them to their violent graves,
    Don't spare anyone
Dead and wounded lie all around,
See the pain in their eyes
Over the field an eerie sound,
As we hear the ravens' cry

Well, I can manage hot jimmy with solpadeine (NOT in the same glass! ), and it's extremely effective, but it would make some people sick.

oh, and i attempted to access the quote given to me by person who knows stuff, but in doin that my msn decided to die on me... given im in a loooooooong distance relationship and my fella was just about to go to bed at that point, i kinda panicked about gettin my msn back and almost forgot to give you said advice...

anywho, he's all tucked up in bed now, and here's what person who knows stuff said...
she should just pop a nurofen to calm down any potential swelling then rest
