Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    This is going to sound strange, but here goes.............a group of us girlies were down in Westport over the weekend. We went a bit ballistic and had a ball. Anyway, the first night we were there we went to a place called Cosy Joes in Westport town and after way too many vodka-red-bulls started a litttle rendition of dirty dancing with some of the locals upstairs in Cosy Joes. It was all innocent fun but one of the girls was dancing with a guy called Shane who had an afro (he is white, so that narrows it down a bit!). They hit it off big time, but they didn't actually kiss as she has a boyfriend. However, since we came back, she has not stopped talking about him and is asking all of us what we can remember about him, so that she could get in touch with him again. So, in an effort to put her out of her misery, myself and the girls had a think and we came up with some interesting details. If anyone can give us anymore details on "Afro Shane", please let us know. Let the stalking commence:
    Caucasian with an afro, Earring in left ear, lives 6 miles outside westport (going out the coast road we think), has a friend called Martin who's parents own a B&B in the town, studies at Sligo college, smokes rollies, works as a labourer during the summer and is 20 years old. Oh.....and very, very good at Salsa, etc (although you wouldn't think it to look at him).
    Not bad recollection for a pack of drunken lunatics! Any ideas?????

    A bit of castlear isn't too bad, but when we get infested by them, it's bad...Also, I wouldn't kind getting a small bit "intoxicated"...
