Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

As has been mentioned before in other threads, Alternative/Indie is so hard to narrow down and define. So whenever there is a Mod named, I hope they go along with the idea of having a swift talking to with the OP of such threads as: "Is (insert one word name here/any band beginning with 'the') Indie/alternative?". We don't need to divide this up any more. As long as this is a temperate forum, where (hopefully) we can educate, introduce and discuss Alternative/Indie bands/music, the Alternative/Indie forum will kick ass!!
