10 hours is indeed a hell of a long time Lenny, that night I took 20 seeds (do NOT try this on a first time!) I eventually got to sleep at about 6/7am and even after sleeping for a few hours you can still feel some of the effects, although the visuals stop. If you're going to take them do not make any important plans for the next day! Trust me you won't want to do a thing!

i think there's only like.. seven or so seeds in the pack I got from kingbong.com i can't check that site from work, so I don't know
still, would 4 be enough for someone to take on their first time? and give 3 to someone else to trip alongside me? or will I need more than that...
spose there's body weight and all that to take into consideration too

A couple of years ago I necked about 8 or 9 HBWS and I have to say it was an unmitigated disaster. About half an hour or so after ingesting them I started to get violently brutally sick and only when I felt that I'd actually puked up half of my insides did I feel even remotely better...
I spent the rest of the day lying in my bed half-awake half asleep having some seriously weird and intense lucid dreams
I'll try almost anything once but it's safe to safe I won't be indulging in these nasty little buggers again!
In most cases, if not all, if it's legal it's crap otherwise it would be illegal.

I completely understand what you're saying about HBWS, they can be very rough for some people, a mate of mine had a similar experience to you and I have to say that I am in no rush to take them again myself after my last night o'madness!
I think a lot of the problem with "legal stuff" is that it does it's job but people somehow think it's more than it actually is.
Take Salvia for example, I cannot count the number of people who has said to me 'Oh yeah Salvia, that's like weed right?' I usually tell them the true story, but the point is if people go and take salvia thinking it's going to be a nice pleasant stone they are going to be disappointed (well unless they love short, wild and very strange hallucinogenic trips that is!)
Also there was a headshop selling Kratom recently, on the packing in big bold type it said "BETTER THAN BEING STONED!", Hmm, is this misleading? I have always found Kratom to be like a 50/50 mix of coke and opiates (milder but similar), it's nothing like being stoned, why even mention the word 'STONED' on the packaging, ok maybe they'll clock up a few more sales but come on!
Salvia/HBWS/MGS/Shrooms etc have been used for centuries in spiritual rituals, they're not party drugs, but in some circles they are treated as such....

I have to disagree, just look at some of the stuff that is illegal!
Quick example - Saint John's Wort, hey yeah, let's make that illegal! A harmless herb, that has little or no side effects in moderate doses, a herb that helps countless people cope with depression in a 'chemical-free' way is illegal! You're not going to get a buzz off Saint John's Wort!

Just a quick word on salvia. I've only tried it once so I'm not an expert or anything but it's not like anything else out there. Everything else alters you perception, Salvia alters reality (altough I probably took a bit too much for a first try. People say it doesn't last long enough but really time means nothing, when I came out of it I had no idea how long it's been, I couldn't believe it had only been about 30 mins. It can leave you with a nice warm glow for a day or too aswell, it's like that feeling you get when you've been down the pub to watch a match and have a few and then go home and sit down and think ,aahhhh that was nice.
A regular lighter worked fine for me with the flame turned up, I was using a water bong so you get plenty of extra heat when you inhale. It has the advantage over other hallucingens that you can get up after 2/3 hours and go and do anything (except maybe drive) and feel fine about it. It's definetly only for those with a well balanced mind though and definetly not a party-drug, I actually tried it another time after 6 or 7 beers thinking it would be ok. I don't really remember what happened except that it wasn't very nice, won't be doing that again...0 -

Well doing Salvia after a load of beers wasn't a good idea, you need to respect Salvia, as you said yourself, it's NOT a party drug.

AFAIK Philosophers Stones were specificly development after Dutch Law changed to make dried shrooms illegal, Philosophers Stones have an extremely low water content and therefore cannot really dry out as Shrooms would. Makes them legal all the time!
