What I don't think though is that those abuses necessarily put Israel on the "wrong" side, as you seem to think.

Interesting how you consistently vent your spleen here at the atrocities carried out by Hamas, yet the significantly greater atrocities and War Crimes carried out by Israel does not put them on the "wrong" side.

Seems your moral stance is "fluid" depending on the perpetrator. Hypocrisy at its best.

MOD EDIT: Warned for uncivil posting.

Do you reckon that all dogs of that breed are anti-semites or do we judge them on a case by case basis?

I'm no expert in dog penis stiffness like yourself but I've seen dogs have sex. I wouldn't want an Israeli alsation doing that to me.

ok apart from bestiality videos which I'm sure you can find if you want, there are documented cases of dogs being trained to rape and penetrate

Klaus Barbie and Ingrid Olderöck used it as a form of torture in Nazi Germany and Chile respectively.

But as I said before, you can find videos of penetration if you really want

Two Israelis are currently at large from the ICC with warrants out for their arrest. Looks like another 5 could be joining them.

Certainly, Ben-Gvir (a convicted terrorist and racist) and Smotrich are two of the most odious characters in the Knesset.

May they all face justice in The Hague, and if found guilty, rot there.

    Haaretz straplines:

The International Criminal Court's top prosecutor has requested sealed arrest warrants issued for Israeli ministers Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir, a source told Haaretz, with another adding that three more warrants would target Minister Orit Strock, a member of Smotrich's far-right party, and two IDF officials.

Khan, who has since been suspended due to sexual misconduct allegations, was reportedly investigating the role Smotrich and Ben-Gvir played in expanding Israeli settlements in the West Bank and whether this violated the Geneva Conventions, which prohibit countries from transferring their populations into territories they have occupied.

A source who works at the ICC told Haaretz that the court's investigation will also likely focus on settler violence in the West Bank.

Israeli politics - basket case. They're eating each other….

    Haaretz:

"Netanyahu betrayed us in the past and there's no doubt that he's likely to do so again," a source in one of the Haredi parties told Haaretz. "At the moment we're seriously discussing the possibility of opposing him."

Another source said that there are figures in the Haredi parties who will try to push for joining the opposition bloc, even if Netanyahu wins.

Yes they're lying. It's anatomically impossible for dogs to anally rape a human, and almost impossible even for non consensual vaginal penetration.

For what it's worth, the notion that it is almost impossible for a woman to be raped without her consent has long been debunked. Below from 1974

    BY A DOG FFS

It’s written there in black and white.

Although, separately, I don’t think anyone has ever said that rape does not exist - since by definition if there is consent it’s not rape so your “point” is bizarre even for humans.

I think this thread is lurching in a very unsavory direction with the main input being revolting anecdotal

    ‘reports’ of various ‘happenings’.

Needs to be steered in a more valid direction in my opinion.

Valid direction how exactly? People posting things you want to hear? Maybe you could move beyond your usual generic musings and actually put forward an opinion on something.

    Whats your opinion on this?

"Living Hell” follows on B’Tselem’s August 2024 report “Welcome to Hell.” Building on the extensive research and analysis carried out for the previous report, it provides updated figures and new testimonies from 21 Palestinians released from Israeli prisons in recent months, and draws on data from other Israeli and international human rights organizations. The updated information indicates that Israeli prisons continue to function as a network of torture camps for Palestinians, with the systematic abuse even more extensive than before. This includes physical and psychological abuse, inhuman conditions, deliberate starvation and denial of medical care, all of which has led to numerous deaths. Some witnesses also described undergoing or witnessing sexual violence and abuse. The transformation of prisons into a network of torture camps is part of the Israeli regime’s coordinated onslaught on Palestinian society, aimed at dismantling the Palestinian collective."

I thought you were denying rape was possible in a similar vein to Christian Zionist Todd Atkins.

In any case, contrary to your statements, dog rape has been scientifically documented, e. g. from 2009

MOD NOTE: I think the derailment of the thread discussing the finer details of whether a dog can penetrate or not has run it's course. I'm sure if you looked hard enough you could find somewhere to discuss this topic, I just know that place is not here.

That not what your link says. They express some scepticism about the truth of the boy's claim, precisely because it's so unlikely:

Spontaneous sexual assault of a human by a canine has never been described in the human or veterinary medical literature, nor is such a thing likely. A clinician involved in evaluating serious ano-genital injury in a child reportedly due to spontaneous canine sexual assault must consider other possible traumatic etiologies including sexual abuse. Investigation in any such case is essential.

ETA: Sorry, just seen the mod comment above.

A Rabbi who boasted at destroying 50 Palestinian homes a week is to light the torch on Israel's National Day.

Cabinet minister Miriam Regev said she chose Zarbiv for the role because of his “inspirational” dual leadership as a rabbi and soldier, “between the book and the sword”.

That official endorsement undermines Israel’s defence against charges of genocide and incitement to genocide in international courts, Haaretz newspaper said.

    ^ A good news day !!

Approximately a year ago... Four Foreign Ministers from the Five Eyes alliance: UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand (excluding US); along with Norway, issued a joint declaration against Ben-Gvir and Smotrich, in their personal capacities.

These countries held both men accountable for inciting extremist violence and serious breaches of human rights against Palestinians in the West Bank. And for using expansionist rhetoric that rejects the two-state solution pathway to peace and security. They imposed sanctions, such as, travel bans, freezing assets...

^ WOW, I thought, to expressly say “inciting extremist violence” - encouraging vigilante extremism... This is all quite a break from US ally - Trump admin wanted the sanctions reversed.

While the Foreign Ministers’ focus was on the West Bank, they did say there should be no (illegal) encroachment on Gaza Strip territory or forced displacement. The Israeli National Zionist government have split Gaza in half. Netanyahu publicly stated the IDF now control around 60 percent).

Ben-Gvir, as you rightly say, was convicted for incitement to racism and support of a terrorist organisation. His inflammatory rhetoric, policies and actions chill me to the bone. It was widely reported that at a cabinet meeting, he argued for women and children approaching the Gaza border fence to be shot in the head by IDF. In addition, his morally repugnant and globally condemned racial supremacist language that dehumanised Palestinians - illegal in Israel, but Netanyahu, to retain balance of power, won’t ban Ben-Gvir. As in previous years, with Smotrich calling for “voluntary migration”, Ben-Gvir recently announced “encouraging migration” from Gaza:

“Israel's Ben-Gvir announces illegal settlement plans in Lebanon, mass Palestinian displacement”
    MAY 15, 2026
    https://www.trtworld.com/article/c6cf1858d234

Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir has said that the government plans to establish illegal settlements in Lebanon and displace Palestinians from Gaza and the occupied West Bank. [...]

We have more plans to encourage migration from Gaza, encourage migration from Judea and Samaria (the occupied West Bank), and settlement in Lebanon, and we will not fear eliminating everyone who rises to kill us,” Ben-Gvir said.

Adolf Hitler and the Nazi regime justified starting World War II primarily by claiming the need for Lebensraum (living space).

Germany used the protection of ethnic German populations as a justification to annex Austria (the Anschluss) and aggressively pursue territories in Czechoslovakia

    Sounds oddly familiar

Remind me, when did Poland attack Germany? Or Czechoslovakia? Or for that matter their allies in the Soviet Union (which is why Russia still pretends that WWII started in 1941, they don't like to talk about what happened between 1939-1941)

It's more a geopolitical necessity than an election slogan, given Israel's horrifying geography and history of being attacked. Realistically if Israel were forced to withdraw from the West Bank, Golan etc, a 3rd country would have to step in to protect Israel from attack from strategic highlands. An international mission of some sort with more teeth than UNIFIL for example.

Besides, if you really want to roll the clock back to 1967, that would mean Egypt annexing the Gaza Strip and Jordan annexing the West Bank.

First of all, to be clear, raping prisoners by any means is never acceptable. IF Israel is doing so, it would be inexcusable.

Second, if you think Israel wants "every Palestinian exterminated," they're doing a really poor job of it and have a long way to go. As to them stealing "the land in the entire region around them" that's funny considering that Israel has traded land for peace in the past (e.g. the Sinai peninsula) and is not attacking, nor appears to have any plans to attack, neighbouring countries they call "the blessing."

IF Israel is doing so, it would be inexcusable.

Still can't bring yourself to condemn "your side" - even when there is CCTV footage of one particular event (there are many others).

Your full commitment to Israel is as admirable as it is consistent. However, most would regard support and justification of Israel and its atrocities as abhorrent.

I recall you posting that "if Israel was committing Genocide, it's doing a pretty poor job of it".

Certainly, if Iran wanted to wipe Israel off the face of the earth, it's also doing a pretty poor job of it, right?

That's why the old canard of "existential threat" is simply a smokescreen to go and exterminate a few more people that Israel doesn't like (and steal more land).

All the arguments trotted out are pure Hasbara and a busted flush. Everyone knows them off by heart now.

Oops, seems the IDF has just confirmed the de facto annexation of the West Bank (nothing most of us didn't know anyhow). I'd say international humanitarian lawyers are already writing to the ICJ.

    Haaretz headline:

The IDF's Central Command chief signed an order on Sunday applying Israel's new death penalty for terrorists to the West Bank. The law includes a clause stating it applies to anyone who commits an act "with the aim of denying the existence of the State of Israel." As a result, it is expected to apply only to Palestinians in the West Bank.

Before the law was passed, legal and security officials warned against extending Israeli civilian legislation to the West Bank, particularly when it concerns Palestinians who are not Israeli citizens, as this could spark allegations of de facto annexation.
