Seems the standard methods of executing civilians is getting boring.

Israel is now perfecting the triple-tap execution method:

No progress in surrender and be ethnically cleansed lectures in Cairo. The Americans and Zionists must hate Palestine talking back to them!

    https://www.palestinechronicle.com/no-breakthrough-in-cairo-as-palestinian-factions-reject-disarmament-pressure/

Efforts to advance a ceasefire agreement in Gaza have suffered a setback following a tense round of negotiations in Cairo involving Palestinian factions, mediators, and international representatives.

According to informed sources cited by Al-Hadaf News and cited by Quds News Network, a meeting on April 13 between Hamas and the envoy of the so-called Peace Council, Nikolay Mladenov, was described as “stormy and tense” and failed to produce any concrete results.

The discussions broke down amid Mladenov’s insistence on securing Palestinian approval for a proposal centered on disarming the resistance, without addressing core Palestinian demands, including an end to Israeli attacks, humanitarian relief, and a political process leading to statehood. The meeting was further complicated by what sources described as violations of agreed protocol.

These included the brief presence of the commander of the so-called International Stabilization Force, as well as the unexpected participation of Aryeh Lightstone, an advisor to US President Donald Trump.

According to sources, Lightstone adopted a confrontational tone, pressing for concessions and warning of escalatory consequences, contributing to heightened tensions during the talks.

    From The Cradle.

Former Israeli security officials touring the occupied West Bank warned of a systematic, organized, and state-funded effort by Jewish settlers to ethnically cleanse Palestinians, Ynet reported on 16 April.

Israeli settlers are confiscating Palestinian land and carrying out attacks against Palestinian villagers as part of a “long-term strategic aim of removing much of the Palestinian presence from the West Bank and asserting Israeli control,” the security officials concluded.

The effort appeared to be part of a plan established by Israeli Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben Gvir, in 2017 for the long-term annexation of the Palestinian territories.

The group touring the occupied West Bank to investigate settler violence was organized by former senior defense official Yaakov (Mendi) Or. It included more than 100 former senior figures from Israel's security establishment, police, and intelligence community.

“They had gone out to see for themselves whether, and to what extent, reports of a wave of Jewish nationalist attacks in the West Bank reflected reality,” Ynet wrote.

During the tour, four retired Israeli major generals, a former head of the Shin Bet internal security service, and a journalist were confronted by two Jewish settler teenagers who regularly terrorize Palestinian Bedouins living in a valley.

Both Jewish youth wore knitted kippahs and had blond hair with long, thick sidelocks hanging beneath them. Tefillin for performing Jewish prayers were strapped to their foreheads and left arms, and each carried a large stick.

When asked why they had come, one youth replied, “God gave us this land, and it is ours.”

The security delegation observed the process by which settlers establish an outpost a few hundred meters from a Palestinian village, often funded by local councils with taxpayer money.

The settlers quickly established caravans, water tanks, generators, and livestock pens at the site to stake their claim to the area.

The Israeli army issues demolition orders for the outpost, but usually delays enforcement, while Israeli soldiers who are ideologically sympathetic to the settlers end up effectively guarding the outposts.

Settler youth from these outposts conduct 24/7 “provocation patrols,” entering Palestinian villages on foot or in ATVs provided by the Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich. If Palestinians seek to stop them from entering, a large mob of settlers comes to attack the village at night.

They plant Israeli flags meters from Palestinian tents and build barbed-wire fences to annex thousands of dunams of grazing land.

The settlers also cut down hundreds of productive olive trees on private Palestinian land, apparently with help from contractors paid by the military.

“Participants in the tour said the exchange reinforced their sense that they were witnessing a form of Jewish nationalist violence driven by religious and ideological motives,” Ynet wrote.

The IDF has been executing people for many decades.

But they've upped their game over the last three years - fully supported by an Alleged War Criminal (at large) and a convicted terrorist and racist.

The State itself is accused of Genocide and will face justice.

They've now invented the Triple-Tap mode of extermination.

There has never been such a warmongering murderous nation.

Many Israelis too are sickened by this depravity and lawlessness. I hope they vote to rid themselves of this murderous regime before all Palestinians are ethnically cleansed.

Or they will be haunted by those immortal words - "never again".

    Rapists back on duty.

Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir approved the return of five Unit 100 soldiers charged with the rape and torture of a Palestinian detainee at Sde Teiman prison to active military service, even though investigations into their crimes remain incomplete, Haaretz reported on April 16.

The decision allows reservists implicated in the assault to resume service while the military says its internal inquiry “will be completed soon,” adding that “the investigation does not prevent them from serving in the reserves.”

The case centers on five soldiers who were charged in February 2025 with raping a Palestinian detainee in Sde Taiman prison in July 2024.

The soldiers beat the detainee, dragged him across the ground, stepped on his body, and used a taser against him, including to the head. One soldier stabbed him in the anus, causing a tear in the rectal wall.

UK police prevent annual Nakba march but far-right fascists get approval.

    https://www.newarab.com/news/london-mayor-dodges-nakba-march-dispute-between-police-orgs

The Metropolitan Police must not favour the far right over Palestine.

We are appalled to hear that the Metropolitan Police have refused permission for the Palestine movement to march to commemorate Nakba Day on 16 May on its proposed route and instead given over the political centre of London to a hate march called by racist thug ‘Tommy Robinson’ in response.

The far right has targeted the Palestine movement before. They have done so aggressively with verbal and physical violence directed at the movement and the police.

The Palestine movement marches on the nearest Saturday to Nakba Day every year, and they informed the police of their intention to hold the 16 May march in central London on 18 December 2025. While the police have refused their route, Tommy Robinson’s demonstration has been granted Kingsway, the Strand, Trafalgar Square, Whitehall and Parliament Square.

Israel doesn't follow ceasefire rules. There has never been a ceasefire. It's just the usual lies to pacify people.

You would imagine a country that murders 47 women and children every single day for over 2 years would be a World Pariah.

But no, they're still accepted in world sport as if they were a normal state. Pricking about in the Eurovision while it snipes at children.

This World Cup could be a disaster in terms of attendance of officials and supporters from countries that aren't white or wanna be whites. Blame the victims.

    https://www.middleeasteye.net/news/palestine-football-association-president-denied-entry-canada-fifa-event-report

The president of the Palestine Football Association (PFA), as well as two other officials from the organisation, have been denied visas to Canada for the annual Fifa Congress, which is being held in Vancouver on 30 April, The Guardian revealed on Friday.

Canada is one of the hosts of this year's World Cup, alongside the US and Mexico.

The PFA has now urged Fifa - football's governing body - to intervene on its behalf.

This is what it takes to become a war hero. Our hero is out on bail, however if he was in the UK and held up a sign in support of Palestine Action then he would be in jail. One of the accusations is that he kicked a handcuffed prisoner off a cliff.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cj40pr8x49lo

The country's most-decorated living soldier was earlier this month charged with five counts of murder - allegedly committed while the former Special Air Service (SAS) corporal was deployed to Afghanistan on Australia's behalf.

Fresh court documents seen by the BBC reveal – in detail – allegations that the 47-year-old

    • murdered a disabled Afghan detainee,
    • kicked a handcuffed prisoner off a cliff,
    • ordered rookie soldiers execute others in an initiation practice called "blooding", and
    • planted items on the alleged victims to cover-up misconduct.

An Australian on trial for war crimes over incidents that happened in Afghanistan over a decade ago. Not sure what this has to do with Israel and Palestine.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,398 ✭✭✭wildgreen

This may help to join the dots. A culture of brutality and criminal behaviour has become acceptable from psychopaths in western armies. We probably only hear about 1/10000 of what actually happens in Gaza, Afghanistan, Iraq, and elsewhere. Perhaps the war crime trials in The Hague may bring some justice for some.

I understand. Nothing to do with Israel or Palestine. Just your usual agenda of Western society = bad, evil, monsters and Middle Eastern society = good, innocent, victims.

We will get full details from Gaza in time at The Hague that may make that Aussie look like a saint. Do you think delivery of clean water is threatening Israel's existence, an existential threat to the Third Temple? ps did you know The Third Reich, meaning "Third Realm" or "Third Empire", referred to the Nazi claim that Nazi Germany was the successor to the Holy Roman Empire and the German Empire. Strange coincidence that, isn't it, Third Temple and Third Reich.

The United Nations Children’s Fund says it is “outraged” after Israel killed two drivers it had contracted to deliver clean water to families in Gaza.

UNICEF said in a statement the incident occurred during routine water trucking on Friday morning at the Mansoura water filling point in northern Gaza, which supplies Gaza City. Two other people ‌were wounded in the attack.

I'd say a fair bit - the arms of justice are very long and can reach back years. I'd imagine the five IDF lads who anally raped the prisoner are sweating.

As are many more of their murderous buddies.

    Justice will be served.

Starry: Australia’s NSW highest court struck down the draconian anti-protest law (PARD) introduced after the Bondi massacre, and which gave NSW police the power to restrict peaceful Pro Palestinian marches during President Isaac Herzog’s visit in February ... disregarding core ICCPR obligations related to freedom of opinion and expression, and right of peaceful assembly to protest (Articles 19 and 21)) ...

The case was presided over by full bench of Court of Appeal Supreme Court (chief justice Andrew Bell, justice Julie Ward, and justice Stephen Free):
Jarrett v State of New South Wales [2026] NSWCA 62 (a summary is also available to download)
    https://www.caselaw.nsw.gov.au/decision/19d9354aeb610427262d9102

224 The orders of the Court are:
(1)The Court declares that Part 2, Division 3A of the Terrorism (Police Powers) Act 2002 (NSW) impermissibly burdens the implied constitutional freedom of communication on government and political matters and is invalid.
(2)The Court declares that section 200(5) of the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 (NSW) impermissibly burdens the implied constitutional freedom of communication on government and political matters and is invalid.
(3)The Court declares that sections 27A and 27B Summary Offences Act 1988 (NSW) impermissibly burden the implied constitutional freedom of communication on government and political matters and are invalid.
    [...]

In my opinion, this landmark ruling can be used by UK defence teams as a persuasive precedent to argue a point of law. It will give pause for thought about banning “from river to sea” (penalty: up to 2 years imprisonment) - in Queensland, they were saying it’s menacing anti-semitic hate speech. The Israeli Zionist government use the same phrase when they are talking about their grand plans for Greater Israel.

^ Such intimidation on free expression of ideas has a chilling effect on social media platforms for participants discussing Israel’s ongoing genocide... ^

“NSW’s highest court strikes down anti-protest law introduced in wake of Bondi beach terror attack”
“Court finds law – which effectively meant protesters could not march without risk of arrest – is unconstitutional”

Jordyn Beazley and Penry Buckley, Thu 16 Apr 2026
    https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2026/apr/16/nsws-highest-court-strikes-down-anti-protest-law-introduced-in-wake-of-bondi-beach-terror-attack-ntwnfb

“The court of appeal handed down its findings on Thursday after three activist groups – the Blak Caucus, the Palestine Action Group and Jews Against the Occupation ’48 – filed a constitutional challenge in early January against the legislation.

“The law, known as the public assembly restriction declaration or Pard, was passed in the wake of the Bondi beach terror attack in which 15 people were killed. It meant protesters could not use the form 1 system – a notice of intention to the police to hold a public assembly - in areas designated by police for up to three months after a terrorist attack, effectively meaning protesters could not march without the risk of arrest.

“In a major loss for the Minns [Labor] government, the law will be struck down after the court found the law does impermissibly burden the implied constitutional right to freedom of communication on government and political matters.

“The killing of nine-year-old Ritaj Rihan in a [tent] classroom this week is not a tragedy of war. It is a dispatch from a moral collapse – one that the world has chosen, with extraordinary care, not to see.”
    https://realmedia.press/the-killing-of-ritaj-rihan/

“The school, her mother Ola explained, was supposed to be in a safe zone – just over  a mile  from the Yellow Line, the unilaterally imposed military boundary that Israel has enforced inside Ghazzah since the US-brokered ceasefire came into effect last October. “The school is supposed to be in a safe area,” Ola said. “It is not close to the Yellow Line, and this is why we felt comfortable enough to send her there.”

The Yellow Line. Let us be precise about what this means. It is a boundary drawn not in any treaty, not ratified by any international body, but marked in concrete by the Israeli military inside the territory of a people it has been occupying for more than half a century. Palestinians who cross it face lethal force. And yet Israeli artillery and snipers stationed along this line – as has been documented with grim repetition – regularly open fire on the neighbourhoods that lie beyond it, in the territory they have notionally agreed to leave safe.
    ...
“Ritaj Rihan was nine years old. She was excited about her uncle’s wedding. She was learning to subtract four-digit numbers. She was a civilian child in a designated safe area under an active ceasefire.

The world looks the other way: We used to say Trump could stop this slaughter of innocents in Gaza, but he is in the pocket of so many tyrants, and his skull is filled with mad-cow Limburger.

I don't think they will be sweating. The trial of the Aussie soldier is an Australian trial and has nothing to do with the Hague as far as I can see. So unless an Israeli court is going to start a war crime investigation, I can't see anything happening to those Israeli soldiers.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 6,325 ✭✭✭dmcdona

Of course Israel is not going to prosecute its own for war crimes.

That's why the ICC exists. Evidence of individual IDF soldiers committing atrocities has already been submitted to it.

The long arm of the law will eventually reach them - ask Duterte and D Kinehan. And now Roberts-Smith.

Presumably you're supportive of justice being served on War Criminals? Regardless of them being caught or "at large" (like Netanyahu and Gallant)?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,687 ✭✭✭Yeah_Right

Of course I support war crimes being prosecuted. I have friends who worked at the ICC. I just don't see it happening except maybe in absentia. And I don't see any Israelis serving time. That may be a cynical view but my friends who worked there believe the same.

Starvation as torture and ethnic cleansing.

A newly circulated image of Hudhaifa al-Kahlout, widely known as Abu Obeida, has reignited public attention to the conditions under which he lived and ultimately died.

The image was shared by his son, Ibrahim al-Kahlout, who offered a striking description of his father’s condition.

He wrote that the years had not worn him down, but rather “the war and the hunger that he chose to live with his people, not above them,” adding that he had lost more than 30 kilograms of his weight without losing “an iota of his dignity or steadfastness.”

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,398 ✭✭✭wildgreen

What do you think of the kicking a handcuffed prisoner over a cliff? It was okay? It happens in war? It was him or me? It was a psychopath set free to murder under the disguise of protecting western values?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,687 ✭✭✭Yeah_Right

Why are you asking me such ridiculous questions? I've never once defended or supported anything Roberts-Smith is accused of. I simply asked what has actions in Afghanistan, as an Australian soldier, had to do with Israel and Palestine.

As usual if posters aren't calling for the end of Israel, the west is evil and the middle east are victims, then you go into attack mode.

Heartwarming to see more and more videos on social media of Israeli tourists all over the world getting hassled and refused service in places. Despite the media trying not to be mainstream with its reporting on Israel, the mainstream global view is that Israel is as bad as the Nazis.
