Give your 30 days notice to cancel. Two days before it kicks in, get your wife to sign up as a new customer to avoid a break in service. That’s it. There’s no problem having accounts overlap by a few days if needed.

They’re fairly efficient at sending out the equipment once signed up, usually the next day or two, so signing up on day 28 of your cancellation period would be fine. Time the new signup to get a voucher or tv as well!

Very good, I presume that was from Virgin? It could be quite some time before it finishes and becomes available though. But once it is, you'll be able to switch between Virgin, Sky, Vodafone and Digiweb through Virgin FTTP.
