I'm falling short in my last 15 mins of workouts( beginners, aged)

Can anyone recommend a gentle enough workout that I can download or on disc?

Not overly worried about contents as Ill have already done strength, aerobics, flexibility and yoga by the time I get to the last 15 mins!

Should be 45 mins but anything longer than 30 is boring and repetative, so I just need a top up for the last 15.

45 min is short enough, maybe look to reorganised the order in which you do things.

Normally I would work in the following order

    Skill

    Strength

    Muscle Building

    Cardio

    Flexibility

'anything longer than 30 is boring and repetitive' this is prob what you need to look at… find something you enjoy and do more of it for longer, I could recommend 100s of workouts but it you don't enjoy it you'll just be back to square one.
