Do some people have a natural droop on the face like that ?

It is the first time I personally have seen that kind of one sided droop where the person had not had a stroke-and it had never been seen on Trump before(had it?)

A short while ago ,when Trump was not bring seen in public there was speculation he may have had one of those transient ischemic attacks.

Could such an episode have left such an effect -and how serious would that be if it had occurred?

They must do damage to the brain I would have thought (possibly an improvement in his case ,though)

I'm not sure why are you are making my reply all about religion (or why your questions are so hyperbolic!). There are plenty of non-religious people who don't agree with gays and plenty of religious people who have no problem with gays at all. People should be free to believe whatever they want to believe, as long as that belief isn't harmful to other people. Religion and beliefs shouldn't be used to excuse bigoted intolerance.

I was replying to a clip that was being shown to dispute he was homophobic, but I found that it actually did the opposite. Its so insidious that this video is somehow being reframed as an example of Kirks tolerance. I just felt sorry for the oblivious kid asking the question, not even realising that he'd been slapped in the face and casually dismissed as a person by Kirk. Maybe I was empathising (theres that dirty word again!) more with the young man because I'm gay too, and its so easy to put myself in his shoes.

And just to state the obvious again, when you mentioned contraception in your reply; contraception is a choice. Divorce is a choice. Being gay isn't, and its strange that I'd need to be pointing that out in 2025. If Kirk loudly proclaimed his aversion to contraception or divorce on front of a crowd of impressionable youngsters, I wouldn't have blinked, those are his beliefs. Instead he felt the need to clearly state that his religion meant he couldn't abide by gays (and the life they lead). And this in response a genuine question specifically about trying to square being both gay and a Conservative supporter in todays world, posed by a young gay man on front of a large crowd of his Conservative peers. It really was such a valid question! But instead he poorly deflects and still had to drive the knife in with his condescending comment about not agreeing with his "lifestyle". The poor kid. As I said before, what a gent that Kirk was.

To mix "metaphores" I have had a tick on my bell end and it is something I would wish on this man who is currently our worst enemy.

On Trump's appearance at the 9/11 event. It isn't that his mouth is drooping; it is the fact that this is not normal for him. We have seen him bored, even asleep before, but never in that state.

It is perfectly reasonable to ask what caused this change. Couple that with his increasing absence for days on end and things start to come to the point where real answers need to be provided

MAGA were always complaining about DEI, but they should love it because it gave them an excuse (in their minds, at least) to question the qualifications of any ethnic minority to do a job, based on their being an ethnic minority, without sounding like a massive, massive racist.

And notice they never say what the letters stand for. A common tactic. Divorce the term from its original meaning and make it a bogeyman mystery box that you can fill with whatever paranoia you want. 'Woke' is the main one. 'Critical race theory' another. Never defined for good reason.

The records for racism, however, are quite well know. Here are some for you:
- Sued by The U.S. Department of Justice in 1973 for refusal to rent to black tenants, misrepresented availability to them, and imposed different lease terms because of race.
- In the 80's and 90's there were accusations of discrimination in Trump’s casinos, black employees or dealers being transferred off tables.
- 1989, Trump took out full‐page newspaper ads calling for the death penalty for the Central Park Five after they were arrested, he called for the death penalty. Even now, he still believes they are guilty, despite being exonerated.
- On The Apprentice, he fired Kevin Allen, a Black contestant with a strong educational, with a comment about being “overeducated.”
- On the same show in 2005, he proposed having teams of “successful African Americans vs successful whites.”
- And my favourite, and one you must have your head in the sand for, the Birther Movement. He has, and still does, promote the idea that Obama was not born in America (he very mush was).

There are more of course, "both sides" in the Charlottesville incident, telling a Congresswoman to go back to where she came from, and the constant renaming of Covid to the "China Virus".
