Good half of football from Utd but need to be converting chose chances. Only 1 nil up after that half is quite poor

In fairness it's been a good performance, good bounce back from Grimsby. We're creating plenty of chances but just lacking a top class finisher. Hopefully we don't regret these missed chances. Burnley are really poor.

Let’s be honest, we should be well clear of these and we played much better there in the first half.

Will be a good test of mental fortitude.

Need to start the second half with intensity of first half and not sit back. Should be aiming for 3 or 4-0 with this level of dominance. Be nice to see the crowd get louder for it.

caveat to all this optimism - Burnley look like really poor relegation fodder and will probably ship a series of hammerings from better teams this season. RA couldn't have hoped for a better fixture to follow up this weeks disaster.

Dubravka’s made a couple of decent saves as well. Hopefully we can get one or two more second half and keep a clean sheet.

I'm happy to see us putting so called weaker opponents under pressure. Too many times over the past few seasons it's been the weak teams that have caused us the biggest headaches. We need to come out now all guns blazing in the second half and rattle the net a couple of times

Yeah the talk of losing the dressing room was very premature. In fairness I don’t blame people for saying it because Amorim did around 5 interviews post Grimsby and was speaking in riddles in all of them.

Flat track bully comes to mind. How can United be this good only when facing relegation fodder, should be able to shine like this most weeks. Interesting stat that they have the most shots in the Premier League this season. Just have that dread feeling that they will rue all the missed sitters.
