Workout Tracking with progressive overload

    Hi folks,

I've been using the Stronglifts app for a while now. I like the UI but the most useful feature is how it automatically increases the weight each workout. However the app only tracks certain exercises and I am looking to add other exercises and the ability to have the weights increased for me each time would be very helpful.

I've tried the Strong app - which is good but seems to be missing some fairly basic exercises I would have thought was standard, and doesn't increase the weights each time.

I also use the Hevy app - which has a plan on it I really like - but likewise doesn't increase the weight.

I run to the gym - so bringing pen and paper isn't really viable for me, and manually typing everything would be quite slow and time consuming.

    Any advice? Thanks in advance.

I use Fitnotes, I can quickly access what weights/reps I did previously and then that mentally prompts me to increase the weight.

I can also create/add exercises on there.

Using Lyfta here, has a good range of exercises and can add your own easily. It doesn't increase the weight automatically for your next sessions but does copy the previous time you did the exercise and is very easy to adjust.
