    If there was a shove I’d be blaming the ref and VAR. He was eased forward far too easily - soft enough that no ref would give it a second look. Has to be smarter in those situation.

    If not able to hold your ground you need to exaggerate the contact and force the ref to make a decision. Not get eased out of the way and do nothing
