Neighbour has intrusive cctv cameras

I know you've already tried OP but I'd get back on to the Data Protection Commission and push the issue, keep sending emails until you get a specific reason as to why they won't do anything.

Their own website warns people about having CCTV that covers outside of the perimeter of their property. They also say they can take action in cases where this occurs.

So I wouldn't let them fob you off so easily until you have a specific reason/perhaps stated in an email as to why they're not interested.

"Failure to comply may result in action against you by the DPC and/or expose you to a claim for damages in the courts by any affected neighbours or members of the public, including passers-by"

While unlikely, he may have them masked to limit the coverage.

My guess is they are not connected to anything and he's just enjoying being a bully.

People like that are not worth arguing with.

If you cross paths just ask if he enjoys perving on young girls with his CCTV.

But if you allow it affect you, he wins.

Infra red light pointed at it would blind it at night at least
