    Hi, Is someone here which got apartment from Cluid (cost rental scheme) in The Paddocks, Newbridge, and livin there right now?

    Hows is It? Is quiet inside? (walls soundprooffing, etc) hows the bills for electricity, heating?

    Any advice with choosing Clúid over local authorities? Is the rent a lot higher and the rules more strict on salary?
