Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    The FPL site is a disgrace and the premier league are a bunch of **** for not sorting this **** out.

    What a shïtshow, I think I managed to do Salah to KDB on the app but don't even know if the captaincy saved. And my Toney to Wilson transfer didn't go through. Site is a mess.

    Managed to bring Kdb in for foden, but tried in vein to captain him so no idea who my captain will be as had Haaland captain and Foden vice lol.

    Was refreshing every 10-15 seconds for the last 12 minutes and nada.

    May have got on for a brief second and tried to change captain from Haaland to KDB. No idea if it went through.

    whoever is responsible for running the game should have got the boot years ago.

    It’s a shambles from top to bottom.

    I've done Foden to Rashford and Mitro to Alvarez (c) for -4. But both could be on bench.

    No idea if went through, or no idea order of team and bench either!

    Absolute disaster.

    Bring deadline back to 3 hours to hell and save us all this hardship with leaks.

    Haaland has broken the game literally non stop this season.

    That's a shocker....it's not like there isn't enough money sloshing around the EPL generally that they could throw a few grand at FPL to upgrade a server.

    Not sure if my transfers went through and/or who my captain and vice captain are

    2 weeks in a row the site has crashed just before the deadline.

    I know it's a free game and all that but still. Not good enough.

    I got in at 13:29 and made 2 transfers. The site never refreshed as normal to confirm they went through so I've no idea if they did or not.

    Doubt they did.

    It's an absolute shambles and they then posted on Twitter at 13:30 asking folks who they captained. Completely tone deaf.

    The deadline should work like the NFL game. Your player only gets locked in once their game kicks off. There is no need for a single cut off point like at present.

    The ‘community’ have defended them and have let them off the hook for years.

    If the ‘content creators’ had any balls at all they would constantly destroy them but they are all spineless and just happy someone has downloaded their podcast.

    It’s borderline unbelievable how badly they run it.

    I actually couldn't be arsed with it tbh.

    The deadline is there for a reason, if you can't make transfers at 13:29, then what's the point.

    I get there are server difficulties but these aren't one offs, they're every week.

    Free game and everything but it's a shambles.
