    Slightly off topic but after watching the first episode of East New York, the answer as to whether Miro was a guest role or recurring is

    it was just a guest role. I don't see any Emmys in his future just yet.

    Just watched Elevation. So Brian Cage is challenging Wardlow for the title on Dynamite this week.

    Is Lance Archer with RoH now or is he just not getting much use on AEW?

    Good to see Abadon again. She's got a different looks these days, plus lost a lot of weight from her early days. Now a win/loss record of 36-3.

    Sammy & Andrade firing off live rounds at each other. shoot? work? Honestly who gives a **** at this point. It's tiresome.

    But, seriously? After the Punk/Elite post ALL OUT **** show last month, you'd think there'd have been a degree of lightbulb/EUREKA had by the wrestlers backstage not to air any sort of work disagreements for the whole goddamn world to see and read ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

    It's amazing really isn't it? They put the TNT title on him, with the promise of legit'ing the title, to stop it being hot shotted about. And they put it on him twice under the same promise - but they ruined it. Scorpio was great during his last run with Jeanie

    How the backstage producers who are ex wrestlers themselves didn’t think of keeping the two of them apart just smacks of stupidity.


    Tony is just to naive thinking they can all be friends. People who work together in walk of life can dislike each other.

    If the want to fight let them shoot on camera at least then everyone can be entertained and someone can make money out of it.

    Unfortunately the shite will overshadow the conversation about a very solid show. Cage/Wardlow was great and both put in a serious shift. Hard to know why they sidelined Cage for so long as he can go.

    Nice for Willow to get the pin also.

    Sending Andrade home and not Sammy, who has now been involved in multiple issues, is a big swing and a miss. I’d presume sinc it was on such short notice, TK didn’t want to pivot mid show and change the main event but sometimes you do what you have to do.

    Sammy is such a liability. Multiple backstage fights, multiple people injured, multiple or disasters. Forget suspended, it reaches the point where he really should just be hoofed out the door.

    I don't mind them letting Sammy do the match so as not to disturb the show, but letting him get the pin and be carried off in triumph is mad, don't reward the guy for his part in it.

    And the worst part is poor 10 from the Dark Order gets screwed over because of these idiots, he's stuck with the damn mask now and maybe there was even a follow up story planned, that's gone now too

    Meltzer says Sammy is innocent and didn't defend himself against Andrade getting physical, hence why he wasn'tsent home. Andrade 1 of 4 in the lockeroom causing a bad atmosphere because of their wish to return to WWE.

    Even if the above is true, it really is getting tiresome seeing Melzter constantly spinning this OG AEW against the world narrative.

    Sammy’s issue is he doesn’t really have any benefit of the doubt in situations like this, cause he’s got such a disaster of a history currently.


    If Meltzer is right, and Andrade attacked Sammy (who didn’t swing back), then in that moment, Andrade should be sacked (despite being what he wants), sued by Sammy and Sammy is relatively innocent. But Sammy also shouldn’t have been tweeting out against Andrade in the manner he did during the week (out of sheer professionalism), and his history (including having just been suspended for getting into an altercation with a different person) means I look at the reports with cynicism.


    It’s why they obviously sent Punk AND the Elite home long term, so as to avoid the PR issues of someone having a fight and then being glorified in a show, and to let legal sort it out. Mayhaps Khan is just ultra confident it was entirely an Andrade issue, and Sammy did nothing wrong on the night.


    but Sammy really needs to have a moment of self reflection and wonder why he always seems to be the one at the center of controversies….
