The gardai should be able to contact the lat registered owner. More than likely it was purchased in a private sale and buyer took transfer of ownership to post and never did

Same thing happened in our estate a few years ago. No one would do anything until one night the registration plates must have been blown off in the wind. Then the guards removed it pretty quick. Amazing how these things can happen 😉

The public have access to the private driveway in front of my house, but I do not need to have my car taxed or insured to legally park it there.

Technically the public have access to your bathroom every time you open your front door. That doesn't mean your going to allow them have a sh1t in your toilet without doing anything about it. 🙄🙄

The management company should arrange to have it removed. Ours does. I've never asked where they go after they're removed.

Bizarre comment; "public place" is defined for RTA as being a place where the public have acćess to drive whether for a fee or otherwise. It will generally include public carp parks and also developments/estates which do not have restrictions on access (e,g. gates or barriers or simple notices precluding access.).
