Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi i'm starting a new job in stryker as a product builder we are making Microcatheters i'm wondering what kind of work is this and is it hard? any information at all will be great.

    You don't know much of factories especially with the labour shortage do you?


    New hires (product builders especially) won't have a clue what they'll be doing until they get on the job training. They'll just be told by a recruiter and then company interviewer you'll be assembling XYZ


    Worse even some places are putting new hires on machines and equipment with no training and then take it out on the employee when the next shift complains to the higher ups about product quality not being perfect, unfortunately seen this first hand lately
