Burley, Balkans, Blizzards and One Woman Boxing: The Late Late Show-Friday 6th May 2022

This week, Kay Burley (who isn't really) will be talking about dodging the 'rona, which led to her dodging the day job when Sky suspended her for six months after having a party during lockdown.

Actually, no. She'll be discussing UK politics (better not mention Boris' parties then), the NI elections, and how sexist the male MPs on the Westminster estate are. Maybe she'll mention all the manufactured furore created by the chavvy labour one who thought it was funny to pretend she was flashing BoJo from across the chamber. We'll see.

On another note-she's 60! Jaysus.

Moving to all matters military, a prominent member of our (highly regarded internationally) Special Forces is present to talk about managing oneself in difficult situations, with death, mayhem and misery all around you.

Ideal preparation for a Late Late interview, one would have thought.

On the music front, Sharon Shannon will be making the trip from Galway to squeeze some sound from her box, to the manly accompaniment of some Hothouse Flowers and others as they burst forth together-for Charidee!

Also The Blizzards will be sharing their carpet burns with the be-masked audience. Or something like that, at least.
