Health Form for Race in Italy

I've entered a half marathon in Italy in June and need to complete a health form. I've done this previously and it was straight forward but the form for this race specifies tests that aren't done by GP.

"Medical-sports check-up, cardiac stress test (with electrocardiogram), urine test, spirometry test"

Would anyone know somewhere that might do all these?

As a doctor, these forms are total bullshit normally but asking for a stress ECG - are they **** kidding?? That's absolutely ridiculous!

What is this race and why would you even bother?

(a gp can do urine tests, some GPs will do spirometry and they can refer you privately for a stress test but it's simply crazy to require it!!!)

Might be ridiculous, but this kind of certification is standard practice for Italian races, as far as I recall. It comes up here from time to time.

It's a race that I entered because I'm in Italy at the time and not what I'm traveling over for.

The prices I'm getting back for getting tests on form mean I probably won't do it now.

They changed the rules a few years back so you should be able to enter races as a non-competitve runner and sign a waiver rather than getting the tests: https://www.vmcevents.it/en/press-area/news/read/1103-medical-certificates-for-foreigners-in-italian-marathons-and-half-marathons-no-longer-required

Also if you are a member of an AAI recognised club you should be exempt.
