Mrs needs her double barrelled name put on.

I was on the helpline for 30 mins and was then cut off.

Am I right in saying this cannot be done online ?

    Thanks in advance.

Can you get a recovery cert based on an antigen test?

The website states COVID-19 test (RT-PCR or ‘NAAT’).

But it also states PCR tests are only available if over 39.

    Thanks,

You can only get a recovery cert from a HSE PCR. So if you are under 39 it has not been possible for the last few weeks.

If you get a PCR done privately - can that be used as proof of recovery? Are you prevented getting a booster for 3 months if you report your positive antigen?
