Did anyone go to Ricky G last night? Just wondering what the protocols are, is it strict at the door are the queues bad?

was there searches or can I bring a hip flask of water in?

I don’t fancy paying 6.30 for pints of piss water.

Yeah I couldn’t see one and I had a good look.

haven’t been to a gig since pre-covid so wondering what the setup is like. I wonder how many will be in attendance I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t slightly nervous about covid.

The info I’ve gotten from friends though is Heineken is 6.80 a pint and islands edge is 6.30

    truly scandalous

So long since ive been in there.

Not cheap to park around there. There is a multi story complex beside it, think it could work out around a 10er.

You used to be able to buy the tickets on ticket master but I don’t see them this time around as I was gonna drive myself.

there’s always the risk of parking on sheriff street or around that way but probably not the safest.

lower Buckingham street could be an option as it’s free then cross the road and hop the luas 2 stops to the arena. This was another plan I was considering.

all Buckingham street is free parking I parked there every day for years pre covid never had any trouble even though the area isn’t great.

Buckingham street is just opposite Connolly station. Just off Amien street.

am a big Ricky fan but was actually a bit disappointed with the show.

He was better than last time I thought. I was holding my stomach from the get go.

The show was too short though and didn’t like my seats.

No beer after the start was a bit annoying. All in all. 7/10

Should be no beer at all ffs...

2 women beside us in the horrors, in and out the whole fcuking show!!

1hr 20mins would be standard enough for a stand up show ?

Seats - not rickys fault really .... :)
