Gun License

Hi, guys hope you can help me before i start investing to try and get a gun license. I have an offense over in Spain that happened to me 4 years ago it's noting serious like violence. more to do with having 4 passengers in the back seat and identification issue. will this prevent me from getting a firearm license?
