Also: as usual I regard all stories derived by social media channels with suspicion until they get confirmed via official channels.

I live in Liverpool and the driver is a friend of a friend (another taxi driver) who drives for Delta taxis.

Maybe in this part of the world its new Strumms, but it not a new terrorist tactic in other Countries. Hospitals, School's, Mosque's, Street Markets etc. All soft targets. Had they actually got into the hospital, the carnage would have been tremendous.

If it's who we know it is, it will be very quickly forgotten, same with if it had been a success, piano playing etc and lots of pretending it didn't happen.

In fairness to them, crowds were scarce on the ground for last 18 months.

A very large % of people won't know this even happened and the powers that be will down play it, the downplaying and ignoring is actually getting worse.

In a week's time it will be completely forgotten, as if trying to blow up a maternity hospital was just another news story.
