Bike trackers

I have one of these, brand new in a packet, I never got around to trying it.

I cant speak for how good it is, all I remember is that it needs other people using a bluetooth device to help with the tracking.

I've had seesense lights and they were good but only lasted 12 months before the batteries let them down, the sub for these is first year free and then 3pence per day so a little under £11 per year that seems very good.

GP Lama reviewed the air tags back in June and found under the saddle gave the best range.

Also Ninja Mounts do lots of different bike mounts for these tags. Of course you need an iPhone.

I have just pulled the house apart looking for that trackr, it has been taunting me for months, turning up over and over again, but now that I'm looking for it, I'm sorry, but it has disappeared.

Still in the feckin packet, dont even think the battery had been installed.

I found SeeSense to be useless ended up binning them as they just didn’t work.

Depends on your iPhones bluetooth. From 11 on (I think) you get very close. Otherwise about 15ft.

When using an older iPhone without the U1, or if you live in one of 16 countries where Ultra Wideband isn't allowed in consumer devices, AirTag finding falls back to Bluetooth. That means you'll get within 15 feet of the AirTag and have to listen for its sound to locate it.
