    I'm sitting on a bench here in Mountshannon Co Clare. It's just constant thunder and lightning. I've never seen anything like this in this country.

    Report from the Ballysimon area of Limerick. Dried up after a brief shower. Dark clouds across to my north to northwest. Mainly fine across the south. It looks like a nearby supercell. Near constant audible rumbles of thunder. Tempting of going down on the N18 to chase the storm.
