Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi,

    Would anyone pleease have recommendations for builders in North Dublin? We are putting a bit of love into our home!

    The work involved will include:
    - interior insulation, plaster and painting of up to four rooms
    - refurbishment of shower room including tiling, new fittings and window
    - refurbishment of bathroom including tiling, new fittings and window
    - laminate flooring in one room - demolition of out house in garden
    - demolition of utility room attached to current kitchen
    - change of use from kitchen to dining area including new windows
    - change of use from spare back room to kitchen including fit of kitchen and flooring throughout and french doors
    - small demolition works to wall between current kitchen and new kitchen room to make open plan kitchen/dining area

    OP, just be aware that any structural work will require an engineer sign off, some builders don't have one they use regularly
