External waterproofing for poured concrete wall

Any recommendation for a product that will provide a Waterproof membrane for the outside wall of a poured shuttered concrete wall?
eg basement tanking
We're hoping to build off the wall for a garage with insulated cavity and I'm looking to prevent any dampness coming in from the positive side.
I've looked at a few products applied with roller/brush

Used this on a wall 20 years ago and found it good.

I used this on my basement and it did a great job. It creates a rubber coating which is waterproof.
Unfortunately no agent here , you have to import it from the US.

Interesting product. How would i go about importing it?

Sika in Ballymount Dublin do a similar product to the dampstore product.
The product from Sanitred is a rubber product.
Send them an email about ordering.
