I'm looking a thread adapter for my rifle. Barrel is 1/2 x 28 unef, and I want to add a 13.5 x1L muzzle break to it. Calibre 9mm. Tried a few places in the U.S. but they won't ship to Ireland.

    Thanks

    Wish.com or aliexpress.com
Look under "oil filter adapters" or "solvent traps" ;)

Grizzly 45 I didn't think you could use oil filter thread adapters on firearms.

A local machinist place should be able to knock one out for you

These guys should be able to help, based in France
I've used them before, excellent service and quality

    They do custom adapters.

Why not they are made of steel too. And the "product description" has fooled you.;)

Did you never see an oil filter being used as a mod? They seem to work well, first shoot determines the calibre.

    Indeedy I have.
So long as the oil filter doesn't have any sort of pressure relief valve or tap thingy in the base, they work pretty damn well. Pity about your sights being useless unless you modify them to see over the rim of the can.
