AFAIK it's their state met service. It's my go to weather site.

Dark Sky is very good. Unfortunately for Android users, it is so good that Apple bought it and shut down the Android app. However for us Apple users, it remains excellent. Its rain warnings are pretty accurate.

I am looking for a widget that might do sunrise sunset times and possibly tides, can anyone recommend one?

I changed to :: My tides by jruston on app stores
It's very basic but my last one drove me mad with ads. It has some banner ads along the bottom or you can buy the Pro version.
It shows tide times and moon but not really wave height but magic seaweed is the go-to for full info.
Sorry........ Just realised you wanted a widget.
