Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Binance Issue

    Hi guys,

    Can anyone help me here. I have a Binance account that is verified and I have been using it for a while. But since yesterday I have been unable to buy with card or deposit via a SEPA transfer. Anytime I try to proceed I get a message telling me to verify my account to increase my daily deposit allowance, but when I click to do it it shows that I am already verified. I can't find any info online about this, and can find no way around it. Anyone having something similar happening?

    Same thing happened me. I used my card before Christmas with no problem but today if I try to pay by card where you pick the Fiat & Crypto you want to buy, theres nothing in the drop down menu.
    Its a very straight forward process normally

    I keep getting a message telling me that the deposit amount available to me is too low and to verify my account to increase it, even though I am verified and should have up to a €5000 limit. I can't buy or deposit any money now due to this.

    When I try to deposit I get a similar message about advanced verification even though I am verified, very frustrating.

    Is it on mobile?

    Have you tried just from the hompage there is two tiles? One is deposit with euro and the other is buy with euro, they way you are doing your screenshots look like through the wallet way?

    Worth a shot if anything!

    Thanks, I have tried it on mobile and through the website. The links on the homepage are causing the same issue. Frustrating.
